Starting from the 2022 vintage, every bottle of Ronchi Rò will feature a brief description of the packaging used and a QR code that leads to this website for more information.

Article 8 - Marking and Identification System - Text in force - Directive 94/62/EC The Council, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Treaty, shall decide, no later than two years after the entry into force of this Directive, on the marking of packaging. In order to facilitate the collection, reuse and recovery, including recycling, of packaging, it should be marked, for identification and classification by the industry concerned, with an indication of the nature of the packaging material(s), based on Commission Decision 97/629/EC(1). Packaging shall be appropriately marked on the packaging itself or on the label and shall be clearly visible and easily legible. The marking shall be durable and remain legible even after the opening of the packaging.

Article 219, paragraph 5, Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 (Consolidated Environmental Laws) amended by Legislative Decree no. 116/2020 All packaging must be appropriately labeled according to the UNI technical standards and in compliance with the determinations adopted by the European Union Commission, in order to facilitate the collection, reuse, recovery and recycling of packaging, as well as to provide consumers with correct information on the final destinations of the packaging. Producers are also obliged to indicate, for the purposes of identifying and classifying packaging, the nature of the packaging materials used, based on Commission Decision 97/629/EC.
